dear frustrated dieters and health conscious friends, if you ve ever wanted to lose fat and keep it off without hassling with taking tons of weird supplements and cooking or preparing food all day than this will be the most important message you ll ever read.

but before i do that, let me tell you a story of how i started this journey. One day my client and friend came to the gym and we were talking about weight loss. He then told me this story
my co-worker, a fireman, weighed approximately 300 pounds. He was in his 50 s. It just so happened that he started dating and fell in love. At the firehouse we prepare our own meals big meals a typical breakfast would be eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, toast and sometimes biscuits and gravy. Lunch would be hamburgers, french fires and soda. Dinner would consist of a variety of things including roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy and vegetables. Seconds and sometimes thirds were consumed.
now my friend decided he wanted to look better for his new girlfriend and decided to lose some weight. So he concluded that he would simply eat less food. That s all nothing fancy, nothing healthy, the same food simply less.
so he went from eating seconds and thirds to simply eating one plate, not overstuffed per meal. Get this the guy loses nearly 100 pounds
i personally knew how to lose weight and i could tell others how to lose weight. But here was the problem. I couldn t keep the weight off i would eat 5-6 small meals per day, cut my calories, restrict the foods i was eating, spend loads of money on special foods and supplements, exercise like a mad man, be crabby and miserable, get to the weight i wanted and then boom i d put it all back on and start the process over and over again so would many of my clients. I was truly frustrated. I had to come up with a solution both for myself and others i started what i now call fasting for fitness and my weight went from 215 to 192 and has stayed there for two whole years now that i can control my weight, i feel so much better
so i decided to first experiment on myself and get all my blood work done and check the results. I read everything i could find on fasting and weight loss and researched as much as i could. Then i decided to make my experimental protocol available to my clients. It was interesting it really helped a lot of my clients lose fat and keep it off
i kept track of everything i could and put it into a document and now i m going to show you how losing weight and keeping it off can be a piece of cake. I d occasionally eat one of those too

after much discussion we decided to use me as the experiment. I started off at 3 meals per day and weighed 170-175. I tried to make the best food choices but for the most part are exactly what i wanted or what was put in front of me. I simply ate less of it
i got down to 160 or so and asked steve to make sure i was doing ok as far as not looking to small. I asked him what he thought i d weigh if i were to get to the point where i looked good enough to not be embarrassed about taking my shirt off. He told me sugar ray leonard was a lean welterweight at 147 i m guessing you need to get into the welterweight class . So we shot for under 150.
i reduced my number of meals to 2 per day. Lunch around 11:00 am and dinner around 7:00 pm. For lunch i usually have a chicken salad from jack in the box and for dinner it can be anything from chicken to hamburgers or even pizza. You see i have 4 kids still at home and we like to cook together.
after making it to under 150 we discussed about going further as i thought i could look better. I m now down to 140-142 and i eat well and look and feel great that s right at 30 pounds of fat loss not weight loss fat loss
